Compliance rules throughout the Group
We take our responsibility very seriously. That's why Knorr-Bremse has set up a Group-wide Compliance Organization. A Code of Conduct lays down basic operational principles that are binding for the entire workforce.
Code of Conduct at Knorr-Bremse
The Code of Conduct offers all employees throughout the Knorr-Bremse Group a guideline for responsible behavior towards colleagues, business partners and authorities. We also wish to stress that Knorr-Bremse has no tolerance for criminal offences such as corruption or infringement of competition regulations.
Anonymous whistleblower system
If anyone discovers evidence of criminal offences or serious regulatory or legal infringements within the Knorr-Bremse Group, they can use our external whistleblower system to report this securely and, if desired, anonymously. A globally applicable Group policy ensures that whistleblowers who use the system in good faith are not disadvantaged in any way, insofar as the Knorr-Bremse Group can influence this in accordance with applicable law.
