The documentation supports the use of our systems and components during the entire life cycle of the product. Thanks to efficient modification management, it is always up to date.
Safety and user-friendliness: These two aspects have top priority for the preparation and presentation of our documentation. It is a matter of course that we observe all relevant standards and directives by the preparation of our documentation because it is the only way to ensure safe handling of our products. Our documentation is adapted to the various user groups. In this way everybody who works with our products can find the relevant information fast and purposively in any application.
Flexible, digitalised possibilities of access
The accessibility of the documentation can be ensured in several ways and by different formats:
- electronic parts catalogue, which can also be used for fast and easy ordering of spare parts, if necessary
- printed manuals
- integration into the customer’s own platform
Of course, we can also prepare the documentation together with our partners. Our sub-suppliers’ documentation is optimally integrated. Therefore, the documentation supplied by Kiepe Electric is always a complete package.
Our customers’ wishes and requirements always have top priority by the preparation of the documentation. To ensure that the customer has always optimal access to our documentation, we develop flexible possibilities of access and presentation adapted to his needs together with the customer. Of course, the documentation can also be optimised for electronic access via mobile terminals like tablets or smartphones.
