To ensure optimal career advancement, we seek to identify and develop management personalities at an early stage via our internal Development Centers. This may be followed by national or international talent programs, which involve several modules of specialized training and place an additional focus on network-building.

We also attach great importance to individual management development through needs-based training, coaching and regular career development meetings. Our focus here is on promoting existing employees to ensure a high rate of internal appointments to management positions.

Several times a year you will attend management events to receive direct briefings on strategic issues from the Management Board. This information is vital, because as a manager you have the role of an entrepreneur within the company.

Management positions at Knorr-Bremse begin with Team Manager (3rd reporting level), followed by Director (2nd reporting level), Vice Manager (1st reporting level) and finally corporate management.
